This Policy has been prepared with consideration of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the provisions of the CCPA as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
This Policy is a separate text from the Atom Premium Service Agreement. The terms of use of the services, payment, licensing, refunds, prohibited uses, and limitations of liability are governed by the separately published Service Agreement.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the following persons:
Persons who visit the Atom Premium website.
Users who register with Atom Premium.
Users who purchase a digital product, license, subscription, or service.
Persons who contact us through the support system, contact forms, email, live support, Discord, or similar channels.
Users who download, activate, or use the software.
Persons involved in payment, security, license-verification, or technical-support processes.
This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites, gaming platforms, payment providers, social-media platforms, Discord servers, or independent service providers outside Atom Premium. The respective privacy policies of those third parties apply.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Atom Premium may process the following categories of personal data to provide services, manage licenses, maintain security, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and fulfill legal obligations.
2.1. Identity and Account Information
First name, surname, username, membership number, account ID, registration date, membership status, account status, and ban or suspension information.
2.2. Contact Information
Email address, support-request information, information shared through contact forms, and messages sent by the User to the support team.
2.3. Transaction and Order Information
Purchased product, license type, subscription period, order number, payment status, billing information, balance movements, and delivery and activation records.
2.4. Payment Information
Transaction reference supplied by the payment provider, payment-approval status, payment-method type, currency, date, amount, and fraud-control information.
Atom Premium does not directly store credit-card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank-card details. This information is processed through the payment provider's own secure infrastructure.
2.5. Technical and Device Information
IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, hardware identifiers, license-verification information, HWID or similar device-based license-control data, session records, error records, security logs, version information, connection time, user-agent information, and system-compatibility data.
2.6. License and Security Data
License key, activation history, device matching, session-verification records, failed login attempts, unusual-usage signals, rate-limit records, anti-fraud checks, API-request records, and misuse-detection data.
2.7. Support and Communication Content
Support requests, screenshots, error descriptions, files voluntarily shared by the User, message histories, descriptions of technical problems, and records of the support process.
Users must not share special-category personal data, sensitive information, official documents, payment-card information, passwords, or personal data belonging to third parties in support requests.
2.8. Marketing and Preference Information
Campaign preferences, email-notification preferences, discount announcements, newsletter subscriptions, and records of consent or refusal relating to marketing communications.
2.9. Data from Cookies and Similar Technologies
Technical information collected through cookies, pixel tags, session cookies, security cookies, analytics cookies, advertising or marketing cookies, and similar technologies.

5. Legal Bases Under the KVKK and GDPR
Personal data may be processed on the following legal bases under applicable law:
Formation or performance of a contract: opening a membership account, delivering a license, managing a subscription, providing a service after payment, and support processes.
Legal obligation: tax, accounting, invoicing, requests from public authorities, statutory retention obligations, and obligations arising from applicable law.
Legitimate interests: account security, fraud prevention, detection of license misuse, system security, improving service quality, error analysis, and protecting legal rights.
Explicit consent / consent: marketing communications, optional cookies, certain third-party advertising or analytics technologies, and other processing for which applicable law requires explicit consent.
Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right: retaining records that constitute evidence concerning legal disputes, chargebacks, fraud allegations, license violations, or breaches of contract.
Express provision by law: circumstances in which applicable law expressly requires the processing of certain data.
6. With Whom May We Share Personal Data?
Atom Premium may share personal data, only to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable law, with the following persons or organizations:
Payment providers and financial-transaction intermediaries.
Hosting, server, CDN, security, and infrastructure providers.
Email, notification, live-support, and customer-support systems.
Accounting, tax, legal, and consultancy service providers.
Fraud-prevention, license-security, and misuse-detection systems.
Authorized public institutions, courts, enforcement offices, law-enforcement bodies, or public authorities.
Relevant parties in company mergers, transfers, restructuring, or transfers of business assets.
Atom Premium does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only where necessary to provide the service, ensure security, fulfill legal obligations, or where the User has given explicit consent.
7. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by Atom Premium may be located in Türkiye, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries.
Personal data may therefore be processed or stored on servers outside the country in which the User is located.
Security and legal-protection mechanisms required by applicable law are applied to international data transfers. Where necessary, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, explicit consent, necessity for performance of a contract, or other transfer mechanisms provided by applicable law may be used.
8. Retention Period for Personal Data
Atom Premium retains personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods prescribed by applicable law.
The general retention principles are as follows:
Account information may be retained while the account is active and after closure for as long as legal obligations or the possibility of a dispute continues.
Order, payment, invoice, and accounting records may be retained for the periods prescribed by applicable tax and commercial law.
License, activation, and security logs may be retained for a reasonable period to prevent misuse, detect license violations, and ensure system security.
Support requests may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain service quality, resolve disputes, and track previous requests.
Marketing preferences may be retained until the User withdraws consent or the purpose of communication ends.
Cookie data is retained for periods that vary by cookie type and may be explained separately in the Cookie Policy.
Personal data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
9. Data Security
Atom Premium implements reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data.
These measures may include:
Access authorization.
Encryption and secure-connection technologies.
License verification and session security.
Security logs and anomaly detection.
Mechanisms for preventing unauthorized access.
Server and API security.
Rate limits and misuse-prevention controls.

Nevertheless, no transmission of data over the internet or method of digital storage is one hundred percent secure. While Atom Premium takes reasonable security measures, the User is also responsible for their own account security, password security, device security, and protection of access credentials.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Atom Premium website for session management, security, user experience, performance analysis, remembering preferences, and marketing activities.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function and to ensure security.
Analytics cookies may be used to understand how the website is used and to improve service quality.
Marketing cookies may be used for advertising, retargeting, or campaign measurement only where the required consent has been obtained.
The User may manage cookie preferences through browser settings or the cookie-preference panel. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain parts of the website from functioning properly.
11. Marketing Communications
Atom Premium may send the User campaigns, product updates, announcements, discounts, or informational content.
Sending electronic communications for marketing purposes may be subject to the User's consent under applicable law.
The User may opt out of marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in emails, account settings, or Atom Premium communication channels.
Mandatory notices concerning operation of the service, license security, payment, accounts, technical support, or the Agreement are not marketing communications and may continue to be sent to the User.
12. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Atom Premium may perform certain automated checks for account security, license verification, fraud prevention, misuse detection, and system security.
These checks may seek to detect unusual login attempts, use across multiple devices, license sharing, fraudulent-payment risk, API misuse, or signs of a security violation.
As a result of these processes, an account or license may be placed temporarily under review. The User may request manual review by contacting the support team regarding an action resulting from automated security checks.
13. Special-Category / Sensitive Personal Data
As a rule, Atom Premium does not request users' health information, biometric data, religious beliefs, political opinions, ethnic origin, trade-union membership, sex-life information, or similar special-category/sensitive personal data.
Users must not share such data in support requests, communication messages, or attachments.
Where the User voluntarily and unnecessarily shares special-category or sensitive personal data, Atom Premium reserves the right to delete or anonymize such data to the extent it is not necessary to evaluate the request.
14. Children's Privacy
Atom Premium services are not designed for minor children.
Personal data is not knowingly collected from children without parental or legal-representative consent where required by applicable law.
If personal data belonging to a child is believed to have been processed without parental or legal-representative consent, the matter will be investigated when we are contacted, and data considered appropriate will be deleted.
15. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under the KVKK, data subjects may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
Learning whether their personal data is processed.
Requesting information if their personal data has been processed.
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Requesting correction where personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.

Requesting that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

16. Your Rights Under the GDPR
Users located in the European Economic Area, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or regions where GDPR-like data-protection laws apply have the following rights to the extent applicable:

The right to request deletion of personal data.
The right to request restriction of processing.

The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on explicit consent.

Atom Premium does not sell personal information. If Atom Premium conducts an activity involving advertising or analytics technologies that may be regarded as “sharing,” California residents may be offered a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option.
California residents may submit privacy requests through [email protected]. Identity, account, or transaction information may be requested to verify the request.
The CCPA does not automatically apply to every business; it applies to businesses operating in California that exceed specified revenue, data-volume, or personal-information sale/sharing thresholds. The California Privacy Protection Agency states that, as of 2025, one example threshold is annual gross revenue of at least USD 26.625 million, while others include processing data concerning 100,000 or more California residents/households or deriving at least 50% of revenue from the sale/sharing of California residents' personal information. Nevertheless, Atom Premium may include this section in the Policy to provide transparency to California users.
18. “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
Atom Premium does not sell users' personal data in exchange for money.
However, certain advertising, retargeting, analytics, or third-party tracking technologies may be considered “sharing” under California law.
If Atom Premium uses such technologies, California residents may exercise the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
To exercise this right:

Atom Premium endeavors to recognize Global Privacy Control signals to the extent applicable.
19. Limiting the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

As a rule, Atom Premium does not collect sensitive personal information. However, if data that may be considered sensitive is generated during account-security, payment-security, or support processes, that data is processed only for necessary and limited purposes.

Atom Premium responds to requests within the periods prescribed by applicable law. In the case of complex or numerous requests, the response period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
21. Data Breach Notifications
Atom Premium endeavors to take necessary security measures against the risk of unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration, or unlawful processing of personal data.
If a personal-data breach occurs, the nature of the incident, the categories of data affected, possible effects on users, and legal-notification obligations are evaluated.
Where necessary, affected users and competent data-protection authorities are informed in accordance with applicable law.
22. Third-Party Links
The Atom Premium website or services may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, Discord servers, social-media platforms, or external services.
Atom Premium is not responsible for the data-processing activities of these third parties. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of the relevant services before using third-party services.
23. Changes to the Policy
Atom Premium may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the Site.
Where material changes are made, users may, where reasonably possible, be informed through the User panel, email, a website notice, or other communication channels.
The User's continued use of the services after the changes means that the User has read the current Privacy Policy.
